What are Fancy Puffs’ opening hours?

Open seven days a week: Mon–Thu 7am – midnight, Fri, Sat 7am – 2am, Sun 7am – 1am. The closing times after midnight are the following morning.

Do I need ID to buy?

Yes. Tobacco and nicotine products are for adults 21 and over and valid government-issued photo ID is required, in the shop and on delivery.

Can I order online?

Yes. Order Now opens the Fancy Puffs storefront on PortalPuff, our ordering partner, where you choose your items and check out. The selection online differs from what is on the shelf in the shop, so call the store if you want something specific put aside.

Does Fancy Puffs deliver?

Yes, within 10 miles of the shop. Delivery is fulfilled by PortalPuff, and whether your address is covered is confirmed while you order, before you pay. Photo ID is checked on handover.
