This policy was written by Fancy Puffs using verified information about how our business and this website actually work, together with current Florida and federal published requirements. It has not been reviewed by an attorney. It is written to be accurate and to claim no more than we can support. It is not legal advice, and it does not limit any right you have under law.
What this website is
This website belongs to Fancy Puffs LLC, a licensed tobacco retailer with one shop, at 1720 SW 8th St, Miami, FL 33135.
The site is here to tell you what we carry, where we are, when we are open, and how to order. You cannot buy anything on this site. There is no cart, no checkout and no payment here.
Ordering happens somewhere else
When you select Order Now, you leave this website and arrive at the Fancy Puffs storefront on PortalPuff, our ordering partner. Everything about your order — the products offered, the prices, payment, age and identity checks, delivery and order support — happens there, under PortalPuff's own terms and privacy policy. Please read them.
PortalPuff's published terms state that products are sold by the licensed retailer fulfilling the order, and that PortalPuff does not take title to the products. We tell you this because it explains who you are buying from. We are not restating PortalPuff's terms as our own, and we cannot change them.
The selection available online is not the same as the selection in the shop. Our ordering partner decides which products it will carry, and some brands we keep on our shelves are not available through it. If you want something specific, the reliable way to get it is to come in.
Age
The products we sell are for adults 21 and over, and valid government-issued photo identification is required — in the shop, and when an order is handed over.
Age and identity checks for online orders are carried out by PortalPuff when you create an account and again by the delivery driver at handover.
What is on this site
We describe the kinds of products we carry. We do not publish prices or stock levels here, and nothing on this site is an offer to sell a particular item or a promise that it is in stock.
Stock changes daily. Glass pieces in particular are often one-off and do not come back. If something here matters to your trip, call us on (305) 327-8337 first.

This site links to PortalPuff, to Google Maps for directions, and to our Google Business Profile for reviews. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.
