Water pipes
The main run of the case. Everyday pieces that are built to be used and cleaned rather than admired, in the heights and joint sizes people actually replace. If you are matching a downstem or a bowl to something you already own, bring it in — it takes a minute at the counter and saves a return.
Beakers & straight tubes
The two shapes most people are deciding between. Beakers sit heavier and take a knock better, straight tubes clear faster and take up less shelf. Both are here in a range of sizes and wall thicknesses, and the difference is genuinely easier to judge with one in each hand than from a photograph.
Rigs & concentrate glass
Smaller-volume glass built for concentrates, plus the parts that go with it. This is the corner of the case where fit matters most, so it is worth asking rather than guessing — joint size and geometry decide whether a piece works the way it is supposed to.
Hand pipes & small glass
Spoons, one-hitters, chillums and the rest of the small glass, including colour-worked and patterned pieces. The most-browsed part of the shop and the easiest thing to buy on impulse, which is why it is at eye level.
Artist & display glass
The lit shelves at the top of the case: heavier work, colour work and one-off pieces kept for looking at as much as using. What is up there changes as pieces sell and as new work comes in, so it is the one part of the shop genuinely worth visiting for rather than ordering from a list.
Cleaning & care
Cleaners, plugs, brushes and replacement parts. Unglamorous and the reason a piece still looks right a year later. Kept next to the glass on purpose — most people only remember they need it once they are holding something.
